Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

United States Shipping

  • FREE on orders of $75 or more

Express Shipping

  • $15 Flat Rate
  • Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days

International Shipping

Familia Golf proudly ships internationally, including Canada.

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination, package size, weight, and selected carrier.

Estimated delivery times vary by destination and shipping method.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges required by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping charges.

Order Tracking

Lost or Damaged Packages

Familia Golf is not responsible for packages that are delayed, lost, or damaged after they have been accepted by the shipping carrier. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.
