Refund policy
Returns
We want you to love your Familia Golf gear. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unused and in their original condition.
- Include original tags and packaging.
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:
- Custom or personalized products
- Gift cards
- Clearance or final sale items
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error with your order.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact chris@familiagolf.net within 5 days of delivery with photos so we can make it right.
