How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Can I cancel or change my order?
If your order has not been shipped, contact us as soon as possible at chris@familiagolf.net. We'll do our best to accommodate your request.
Shipping
How much is shipping within the United States?
- Standard Shipping: $7 Flat Rate
- FREE Standard Shipping on orders of $75 or more
- Express Shipping: $15 Flat Rate
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! Familia Golf proudly ships internationally, including Canada.
International shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I have to pay customs or import fees?
International customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country. These charges are not included in your order total.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking email with your carrier and tracking number.
Returns
What is your return policy?
Unused items in their original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Please email chris@familiagolf.net within 5 days of delivery and include photos of the damaged item and packaging.

Products
Are your hats adjustable?
Yes. Product listings specify the closure type (snapback, Velcro, or adjustable strap) so you know exactly what you're ordering.
Do the colors look exactly like the photos?
We do our best to accurately represent product colors, but colors may vary slightly depending on your screen settings.
Will you be releasing new products?
Absolutely! We're always working on new hats, towels, ball markers, apparel, and accessories.
